ROLE

The ovall purpose of the direcorate is to faciliate good governance, peformance improvement and the delivernance of social amenities to the electorate, through assement of goverment performance and co-operation with counter-part directorate in the office of the president.

FUNCTIONS

1. Faciliitating good governance practices in the legislative assemblies

2. Provide an interface with the civil society organizations in Southern Sudan

3. Liasing with governance department in the office of the president in follow-up of resolutions of SSLA and building linkages with the Government of National Unity (GNU) and Southern State Governments
