- Attachments of the managers of political parties to the third world growing democracies in Africa and Asia (e.g. South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria and India) and also with advanced democracies of Western world (e.g. USA, UK, France, Canada and Australia) to learn and gain knowledge about the effective management and operation of a political party from their counter parts and think-tanks abroad.
